Our lovable and sometimes-dependable owner, Travis, is everyone’s best friend. Really. He loves cycling and loves people and loves to shoot the sh*t on just about any topic with anyone. He dreams big and would give you the shirt off his back (and any bike advice you’re willing to take, too). But don’t be surprised if he forgets to call you back. Or leaves you on read. We can’t all be perfect.

Often caught outside the shop shirtless in the sun or overheard preaching about the benefits of proper sleep, Jay knows a thing or two about reaching your ultimate potential. And a big part of that is knowing how to keep you and your bike in peak performance zone. Another big part of that is making sure that if Travis promises you something, you’ll get it. But don’t be surprised if he slaps that morning biscuit out of your hand and replaces it with a cup of Outlier Performance Coffee. For your own good, of course.

In a world full of online places to buy bikes, we believe bikes are way more about the community you build with the riders around you than it is about the sale. So that’s why we do things the way we do. We want to get to know you, what you’re looking for and what you need so that we can put you with the bike you didn’t even know you wanted – just like dating. We’re lifelong cyclists and competitors, and we’ve been in this community for decades. So, it’s safe to say we know the sport and the people around here really well, and we want to be the bike shop you come to for the best experience – be it buying your next dream bike or just hanging with members of your local bike community. We aren’t interested in any cold, detached online sale. We want to start that lifetime relationship we’re all looking for with riders just like you. When you click that meet-up button on our Available Rides, you’ll be prompted to send us an email. That’s no AI robot form. That comes straight to our shop email, and it starts a line of direct communication between you and us. And with that, we can hopefully start the process of getting you on a new bike.
